Let's Impact our Communities for Christ

The two greatest commandments are to love God with all your mind, with all your heart and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself. The person God places in front of you each day is the neighbor you are to love. God is sending us into the world to love people and impact our communities with the message of God's heart for them. As we step out into the unknown, whether it be to poverty stricken areas of our own communities, or simply to the person next door, we step out of a comfortable lifestyle into an adventure with God, fueled by His love and empowered with His grace. At the very least, we expect to see our lives changed from glory to glory and become more like Jesus as we take this journey. In our obedience to go into all the world with the message of the cross, we find that simple steps of faith trusting in God to meet us and use us as ordinary people, will have extraordinary impacts on the lives of others around us. This is our destiny! May your heart expand to include not just a passion for God, and His Son Jesus Christ, but also for the people of the world, whom our Lord willingly laid down His life for. May God fill you with His heart to love the least, the broken, and the lost.

What Legacy Will You Leave Behind?

As christians we need to be finding ways to leave a legacy of our life here on earth. God rescues us, and then calls us to rescue others. This world matters to God, therefore it should matter to us. This is a time we need to find ways to consider the needs of others over ourselves. Our legacy should be one of laying down our life so others could find theirs. There are many simple acts of kindness we can show to the world that would demonstrate the love of God. Most people have a misconception of God. They see Him as a mean, intolerant punishing God that distances Himself from hurting people. That's because they see Him through our lives. Does the world see you or Jesus in you? What legacy will you leave behind?

The same spirit that raised Christ from the dead, lives in us. (Romans 8:11) The resurrected Christ, and all His resurrected power dwells inside the believer...pause and think about that and look at your circumstances from that place of power and authority! Thank You Jesus for your unfailing love, thank You for the cross, thank You for your blood poured out for our sins-thank You for the price you paid to rescue me from the power of sin and utter darkness- thank You for the Resurrection Authority that dwells in me-You make all things new and You are inviting Your Body to participate in the glorious Resurrection Power to speak LIFE into others who are perishing! May the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead, resurrect Your Body to walk in resurrection authority and power. " For behold, the winter is past and the rain is over and gone. Fear Not My Beloved

"Do not be concerned about tomorrow, for there is nothing that you shall encounter that I don't already know about.
